Bell tent hire that YouPitch yourself!

If you're planning a family break, a romantic trip away, having a birthday party, sleepovers, camping at home, an outdoor playroom or classroom, or going to a festival then our YouPitch service is exactly what you need.

What's included with your bell tent hire?

Full interior carpet & rug.
Airbeds for up to 4 or 6 people.
Airbed pump and a spare airbed.
Interior fairylights & exterior solar lights
Decorative bunting to the exterior.
Empty wine crate for use as low table.
Easy to follow set-up instructions.

How do I collect the tent?

You simply collect your tent and furnishings from our office in Blandford Forum (Dorset), take it home and set it up using our easy to follow instructions. At the end of your 7 night hire, you pack everything down and return it back to us. Our hire period is Wednesday to Wednesday and your tents and furnishing will be ready from midday.

We require a £100.00 damage deposit per tent, this is in case any tents and furnishings are damaged whilst out on hire. Please also make sure the tents are nice and dry before packaging them back up. When you return your items, they will be checked and your damage deposit will be returned within 1 week.

We also have long-term rental opportunites available which are ideally suited to campsites, holiday parks, theme parks and attractions. Simply get in touch.

Tent Hire Options

We currently offer two different sized tents for our YouPitch customers

4 Metre Bell Tent For up to 4 People

A fully furnished bell tent with beds for up to 4 people. This is a sewn-in groundsheet model. The minimum amount of outside space needed to pitch this tent is 6 x 6 metres so please ensure you have this before ordering your tent.

For 7 Nights (Wed-Wed)

Beds Included:

Choose from either single or double airbeds.
Note: No bedding or sleeping bags are included.

You will need a minimum area of at least 6 x 6 metres to pitch this tent. Please ensure you have this before ordering your tent.

5 Metre Bell Tent For up to 6 People

A fully furnished bell tent with beds for up to 6 people. This is a sewn-in groundsheet model. The minimum amount of outside space needed to pitch this tent is 7 x 7 metres so please ensure you have this before ordering your tent.
